Why I created Phoebe©

I am an Organizational Psychologist who accidently got into IT – what a combination you might think! And this is exactly why Phoebe© The Feedback App was created. What was striking me most since my start in Thailand was the problem with open, straight forward communication in companies, no matter how international they claimed to be.
So, initially I designed Phoebe© as a solution to help employees and managers to communicate easily, frequently, in a psychologically safe environment, and improve company culture with a digital solution that is convenient and supportive, reducing the stress of addressing issues or sharing ideas in person.
Thanks to our first enthusiastic customer AZO Thailand joining the project and giving us great feedback, we were able to add many useful additional HR-related modules, to make Phoebe even more effective for the whole organization and especially Regional Managers who travel a lot. MD Jan Helms was the first visionary CEO who believed in Phoebe’s potential.
Phoebe© has officially been registered with the Department of Intellectual Property Thailand.
What Phoebe© does
- Phoebe© supports Employees’ Mental Health, reduces the stress of communicating issues in person. This is very useful in cultures that avoid confrontation
- Phoebe© encourages Participation in important decisions by allowing employees to share their opinion and feedback
- Phoebe© includes several HR-related questionnaires, such as “Cooperation with your Manager”, and allows to create your own individual surveys as well
- Phoebe© increases Motivation through a weekly/monthly Employee Reward System where employees can collect points for certain special achievements and for going the extra mile, finally become Employee of the Month
- Phoebe© is based on Inclusion – every team member has a voice, can submit ideas, complaints, share frustration or happiness
- Phoebe© schedules Performance Reviews to ensure we acknowledge and support performance and work satisfaction
- Phoebe© also provides the option to schedule Team Development Workshops/Trainings in topics we are interested in to improve our skills and service
- Phoebe© also has some operational modules, such as Leave Management, Reimbursements, Travel & Time Management, a nice dashboard for everyone to see who’s away, who is celebrating a birthday etc.
- Altogether, Phoebe is a great digital partner for managers & teams – anytime, anywhere.
